The Challenge

The Row to Raise campaign aims to inspire hundreds of young people when Kelda Wood attempts to solo row the Atlantic as part of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge. Kelda’s taking on the 3,000 mile challenge with the aim of raising hope in young people facing physical or mental trauma, and to raise awareness about relevant support available. She also aims to raise over £50,000 for Climbing Out, the charity she set up after her own life changing injury. Climbing Out runs 5 day outdoor activity programmes aimed at rebuilding confidence and self esteem in young people facing life changing injury, illness or trauma.
